Cycle Time Key Performance Indicators:  
  1. Take-in to Mapped within 30 minutes

  2. Take-in to Strategic Disassembly within one hour

  3. Take-in to Blueprint within 90 minutes

  4. Parts ordered upon disassembly, when possible, and no later than Blueprint completion

  5. Secure vendor commitments for two hour delivery of all critical parts and same day delivery of remainder and special order parts for next day delivery

  6. Final QC within 15 minutes of detail completion

  7. Final Bill in conjunction with QC completion
